Walne Zgromadzenie oraz doroczna Konferencja European Law Institute

W dniach 7-9 września 2016 r. na Uniwersytecie w Ferrarze odbyło się Walne Zgromadzenie oraz doroczna Konferencja European Law Institute. Wzięli w niej udział członkowie stowarzyszenia ELI Polska: SSN Teresa Bielska-Sobkowicz, prof. dr hab. Fryderyk Zoll, dr hab. Konrad Osajda, dr Marcin Glicz oraz dr Małgorzata Balwicka-Szczyrba, a także inni przedstawiciele polskiej nauki i praktyki.

Spotkanie stało się okazją do interesującej wymiany poglądów oraz owocnej dyskusji na temat prezentowanych projektów, a także przyszłości European Law Institute.

Obrady odbywały się w następujących panelach:

• Rescue of Business in Insolvency Law;
• From Transnational Principles to European Rules of Civil Procedure;
• Prevention and Settlement of Conflicts of Exercise of Jurisdiction in Criminal Law;
• Empowering European Families;
• Vulnerable Adults and the Conflict of Laws;
• Digital Single Market;
• The Principled Relationship of Formal and Informal Justice through the Courts and Alternative Dispute Resolution;
• The Tools of the Digital Age in the Service of More Accessible Justice;
• Detention of Asylum Seekers and Irregular Migrants and the Rule of Law.

Kolejne Walne Zgromadzenie oraz Konferencja będą miały miejsce w Wiedniu w dniach 06-08 września 2017 r.
